Human Resource
ASCS has 34 full time workers, 10 part time workers and 45 volunteers. Most of these workers are local and from the very community with which the organisation works. Though not much educated, these workers are well versed in their work and are highly motivated to carry forward with the mission of the organisation.
Physical Resources
The operational headquarters of the organisation is located at Gangeveer village in Madhuban tehsil (sub-district) of Mau district. It has own 5,000 sq ft constructed building with 3,000 sq ft open space. The building has two training halls, 5 guest rooms, one kitchen and three toilets and bathrooms.
For transportation there is one four-wheeler, three two-wheelers and 20 bicycles.
The office infrastructure includes five computers, three printers, one scanner and broadband internet service. Since power supply is quite erratic in the area, there is one inverter of 1,000 watt capacity and one generator of 7 HP capacity. The office is equipped with sufficient furniture and fixtures.
